1) Contact us first. We'll take your order and issue you the circuit ID and DLCI numbers you'll need to complete your order with Verizon.   You can also visit a special Verizon DSL internet site for more information.

2) Next, Verizon will pre-qualify your phone line, process your order, and inform you of the go-live date. Verizon will also ship your self-install kit and modem to you via UPS. Normal time from date of order to date of install is 1-3 weeks.

3) Install the kit. Call Verizon and tell them you're ready to roll.

4) In the meantime, Internet Direct will have configured your DSL account here, and informed you by letter of your account information and the configuration info for your Ethernet card, so that when Verizon completes your provisioning at the Central Office, you're good to go. There are no payments up-front - Verizon will add your installation and service charges to your phone bill, and our charges don't begin until your service becomes active.
